What must a company do to find suitable employees?
As a company, you start with a comprehensive cultural analysis (taking a maximum of 30 minutes), which also allows you to immediately derive recommendations for action for your company. The next step is to publish your job advertisements. Your personal Success Manager is always available to assist you. Thanks to our automated headhunting process, you will quickly receive a list of pre-qualified talents who have been interviewed by us for you to screen. You can then contact them directly.
How long does it take to find suitable employees?
Once your culture analysis has been successfully completed, we will suggest suitable candidates within a few hours. The average time-to-hire with Empion is 21 days.
